Jessica Hrdlicka, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois with 15 years of professional clinical experience, in schools, community-based, and private practice. I have worked with individuals ranging in age from 3-25. I have very specialized training and experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence. I'm deeply committed to clients and their desire to heal, improve their quality of life, and/or navigate a difficult time in life. More specifically, I have training and experience in supporting women's mental health, young adults, and individuals experiencing challenges related to chronic pain, body image, and interpersonal dynamics.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes self-love, effective communication, and personal growth. I work collaboratively with clients to develop meaningful coping strategies, heal from past experiences, and rediscover inner strength. Whether you're struggling with mood disorders, relationship challenges, or seeking to understand your life's purpose, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for exploration and healing.
Drawing from extensive clinical experience, I tailor interventions to meet each individual's unique needs, focusing on empowerment, resilience, and holistic well-being. Together, we can work towards transformative personal insights and sustainable emotional wellness.
I hope to hear from you soon!

Great, especially for parents as she can provide an important perspective as someone who works with children.

Extremely reassuring during times of skepticism and self-doubt. Provides plenty of tools to work with in order to look at a situation with a different perspective. Her questions provide plenty of insight too. Would recommend!

When considering a therapist, I felt the the professional had to be able to understand me as a whole. I love that Jessica does that. She listens to me , gives me great feedback , follows up and makes sure to remind me to utilize her . I love having been matched with someone that was such a great fit for me.
