I’ve had two therapy sessions and I am already feeling better with what I am currently going through. She lets me vent about anything and is extremely helpful with her ideas on how to go about certain situations. She also gives really good advice and is a very good listener. I appreciate her advice and tips.

Jessica is extremely personable and sessions feel more like youre chatting with a friend than a therapist at all. Don't let that fool you though, her expertise is amazing and she brings a great wealth of knowledge and resourcefulness. She has helped me tremendously and I cant say thanks enough! Ive used this service for some time and gone through multiple other therapists and she sets the bar far above the rest.

Shes great at what she’s doing. She’s really helpful with helping me work through and with my ADHD and anxiety problems. What she suggests are easy to understand and do and it really helps. I feel heard and understood by her when i talk to her and trust that I can reach out if I am having any problems.
