Dr. Brené Brown says "When we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brave new ending.", I believe this to be true and work with clients to create new endings through understanding our own stories, identifying triggers to block our growth, and identifying steps towards achieving desired outcomes. I've said this before, but Jill is great. She's very understanding, she listens and above all, is empathetic. It's nice to feel "heard" and feel like somebody is in your corner.

I worked with Jill over the timespan of 15 months and my life has changed entirely in that time. Her open mind, listening ear and kind, understanding guidance has helped me to overcome so many struggles, some of which I never expected to overcome in my lifetime in such a relatively small timeframe. If there is ever another opportunity or need for counseling in my future life, I'd be glad to work with her again.
