Jo Ann does such a great job to listen to me and then help me where I am at. If I do not like one of her ideas or suggestions, she has different ways to support me. She always makes time for me and has done a lot of great work with me.

I LOVE when BetterHelp asks me to review Miss Jo Ann because it gives me a chance to brag on her and shout from the rooftops how grateful I am for her.
She is kind, wise, and gentle. She tells you how it is in the most mild and respectful way possible. She will sit with you while you just cry if that’s what you need. She will PUSH you and then remind you that you deserve to work hard for YOURSELF. She consistently listens and then comes up with advice or a solution, she’s not trying to formulate her response as you’re still talking.
