Joan Holmes is a very caring person who allows me to express my feelings. She doesn’t say you should call someone like she’s filling a nagging, badgering voice. She just gently asks did you call anyone? She’s available for impromptu texts.

Joan is the best! She is very responsive via messages and always helpful during our session. She also is flexible with my crazy work schedule. I appreciate her so much. I have tried therapy in the past but better help has been the best thing for me because of the flexibility. Being able to do virtual appointments makes scheduling so much easier and less intimidating.
