Prior to working in the medical field, I worked in mental health clinics and helped patients manage and overcome life crises. I also specialize in helping people get connected with community resources for basic needs such as affordable housing, food, and health insurance.
My counseling style is warm, interactive, and solution-focused. I believe that listening well and meeting people where they are at emotionally, mentally, and in all aspects is key.
