Jodie Flagle, LMFT
About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Indiana with over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families facing life’s challenges. I am an EMDR-trained clinician and have extensive experience supporting clients who have experienced trauma, loss, and emotional or relational pain.
I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance use, parenting challenges, career transitions, OCD, ADHD, and the lingering effects of trauma and abuse. My goal is to help clients recognize that—even when life feels out of control—they can reclaim a sense of strength, balance, and direction.
My counseling style is warm, interactive, and compassionate. I treat every person with respect and sensitivity, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach integrates EMDR with cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, humanistic, psychodynamic, and person-centered therapies to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
It takes courage to seek healing and change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you as you move toward greater peace, resilience, and self-understanding.
I look forward to walking alongside you in this journey toward healing.

Working with Jodie so far has been great. She’s attentive, reaches out to ask how things are going and has a good way of seeing through the mess of what I’m trying to say, to help find what I actually mean. She asks open ended questions to give me more space to speak freely and to really think about what it is I want to say. Overall, I believe this will be a very beneficial experience and I’m glad my first counselor on BetterHelp is someone I can tell really cares.
