John Brooks is the best. He keeps it honest, and supports choices. He also provides material he thinks would help the client and has a great sense of light humour when needed - which I appreciate in “heavy” times. John is professional, punctual and cares. I’ve gone through about 50 therapists between ages 8 and adulthood. John is the only one I keep wanting to go back to. Super based and has good wisdom and all of this was evident after the first session. 100% recommended.
