John Mills, Psychologist
About me
I'm a therapist with extensive clinical experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Throughout my career, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and grief. I bring a compassionate, grounded approach to therapy that honors each person's unique development.
My work address a large range of concerns, and may focus on individual strengths and weaknesses and feelings that are particularly difficult to express. I'm skilled at creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where difficult topics can be discussed openly and authentically.
I believe in meeting clients where they are, drawing on established praqctices to support meaningful healing and growth. Whether you're processing past pain, figuring out a current struggle, or seeking greater clarity in your relationships, I'm here to work with you with care and expertise.
Taking that first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you.
