Jonna has been so great. I've tried therapy in the past but had never made it past the first few sessions. With Jonna it was different. She's incredibly smart, easy to connect with, makes me feel like my struggles are normal, reminds me when things are not my fault, and also holds me accountable for the things I need to do to create a better life for myself. I've had some big breakthroughs with her that have been so insightful, and you know it made an impact when you think about it again many times after the session is over. I am very grateful for all she has taught me and could not recommend her enough.

As someone with ADHD, I need someone who’s the perfect balance of knowing when to be comforting and knowing when to call me on my crap. She’s a really good fit in that way!!!
