Josnae Love, LPC
About me
I am therapist, educator, and advocate dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves through compassionate, trauma-informed care. With master’s degrees in Curriculum & Instruction and Counseling & Development, along with a background in education, school counseling, and mental health, I bring a uniquely integrative perspective to my work with women, adolescents, teens, families, and individuals navigating life transitions.
I specialize in maternal mental health, trauma, emotional wellness, identity rebuilding, and relationship dynamics, while also working extensively with adolescents and teens facing anxiety, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, school-related stress, family conflict, and life transitions. My work is rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and the belief that healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and safe enough to grow. Drawing from years of experience in education, counseling, and behavioral health settings, I help clients develop coping skills, emotional resilience, clarity, and sustainable self-worth.
My approach blends clinical insight with warmth, relatability, and real-life understanding. Whether I am supporting a new mother, guiding a teenager through emotional challenges, or helping clients process long-standing emotional wounds, my goal is to create space for healing that feels collaborative, meaningful, and transformative.
