I have to say I’ve been very impressed with Judy first time getting a therapist. Took me a long time to get here but I’m here now she is very easy to talk to. Listens well give great advice, and for some reason knows exactly what to say when to say it. I think I need more judys in my life. I have to say after my first time talking to her I truly felt a great relief. I felt lighter that day and each day that I do make an appointment. I’m glad we met. I see why people get a therapist because they are able to see things from the outside looking in.

Judy helped me through a time of crisis related to a complicated (for me) negative relationship with a supervisor which turned out to trigger childhood traumas. She used cognitive process therapy tools and helped me to separate my worth from how I was treated by my abusers. I always felt a balance of encouragement and challenge to think differently. I highly recommend her!
