Judy was warm, encouraging, compassionate and attentive from the moment I selected her as my therapist. She immediately reached out to me via messaging, asked questions that built a safe and open communication. Within the first 5 minutes of our initial therapy session I knew I was in good hands and had the right person. She heard me, reflected and gave me homework which I welcomed. I for the first time in over a year feel hopeful for my future.

So far so good, she listens to all of my garbage coming out of my mouth and responds in a manner that allows me to think about things without getting defensive. She appears to me that she will be a great cheerleader in getting me back on a better track to my life improving with my own work and her tool box of ways to help me.
