For over 40 years, I have been serving clients and my community in both California and -- more recently -- Idaho as a psychotherapist, radio talk-show host, college instructor, career and workplace consultant, aging counselor, and child development expert.
Being able to recognize the patterns, pain, and issues that prevent people from living healthy lives is an essential skill for any therapist. In my twelve years of academic training and forty years of clinical work, I have fine-tuned this skill and gained a wealth of experience to help my clients achieve lasting, positive changes in their lives.
