About me

I am a masters level licensed psychologist working in the field of community mental health for over 3 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I have experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those parenting children with ASD.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating individuals with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and humanistic counseling. I will work together with you to meet your unique and specific needs.

I especially enjoy working with people who are new to therapy but appreciate all levels of experience.

I look forward to working with you!
