Julie is excellent to work with, and I appreciate how she guides me to come to my own conclusions without leading me to a specific path. She is incredibly relatable and easy to talk to, and from the very first session I knew she was the perfect therapist for me.

I’ve been seeing Julie for two weeks now and am feeling much more capable or tackling hard days. Julie provides thoughtful guidance for managing my emotions and accessible and easy tasks outside of therapy in between sessions. I look forward to continuing my mental health journey with Julie!

Julie has been such a great therapist for me! I think we’ve had about 8 or so sessions thus far and I’m so happy that I got matched with her on this journey of healing. She has opened my eyes to so much that I didn’t realize I was subconsciously dealing with and past trauma that I either forgot about or didn’t think of as a trauma that was affecting my current every day life so much. I started therapy to help with an overall sadness I’ve had and stress from work but in addition to helping me with those underlying issues, Julie is helping me unpack other things little by little and is teaching me so much along the way. I’ve been through several therapists through my insurance and they just haven’t been a good match. I’m glad I tried Better Help and have Julie as a therapist now and I truly couldn’t be happier!!

Julie is by far the best therapist I have ever met. She has helped me work through so many different things, I have been taking therapy sessions since November and the journey with her has been amazing. She is definitely good at her job and knows how to help people!

I absolutely enjoyed all my sessions with Julie. She helped me sort my feelings on a lot of personal things and gave incredible insight and advice on how to approach the difficult events in life. She’s knowledgeable and so kind. I will definitely request Julie as my therapist the next time I come back to BetterHelp.
