I work with clients with a variety of issues. I find that most of the time, people seek help because they realize that their life is just not where they want it to be, and they realize that there is something more. I help clients deal with the things that they feel are holding them back, whether it be circumstances, trauma, history, or things they believe about themselves. Although I offer counseling services to people from all walks of life and belief (or non-belief) systems, I also have extended training in Pastoral (meaning Christian) Counseling. I work with people to pinpoint their goals, define the obstacles to the goals, and explore the origins of unhealthy beliefs and thought patterns that are holding your back. The fact of the matter is that we all have issues and problems to work through. The good news is that you don't have to do it alone. I want to help you work through the things that are holding you back from finding your purpose and peace.

Julie, even though its only been a couple of times via video chat, you are helping me find myself in a non-judgmental way. You bring me peace and hope. Thank you.
Very kind, respectful and a great listener. Has great input on every subject we discuss.
It has been nice messaging or writing in my journal when I have a thought or questions. I also like the fact we can set up calls to talk. Julie is very nice & personable, she listens & assess what maybe the reasoning I feel or think the way I do. She also gives perspective on what I may not take into account. I enjoy talking to her.
I found Julie such a constructive and thoughtful person to talk to, she always listened, reflected and gave me some fascinating insights I’d not considered. I felt comfortable, very supported and it was great to work through a number of knotty issues with such a good counsellor. I feel like a weight has been lifted as I can start to put things into perspective and move forward.
I feel like I have come so far and that I’ve made the right decision choosing counseling again. She’s made this process worth while. I plan to continue working with her. Thank you for everything!
Julie is an amazing counselor. I appreciate her very much.

Thank you Julie! You have been able to give me guidance and reassurance through some difficult life changes and you have helped me to better coping with everyday life.
She is very helpful, and has given me multiple resources to help me understand my state of mind. I would recommend her to anyone.
Julie is very helpful and understanding. She responds quickly and helps you to progress without much pressure.
So far in two sessions Julie has been great. I wish I could spend more time talking to her because she makes me feel comfortable expressing myself and understands my feelings.
