About me

I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 7 years of experience helping adults and young people navigate trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression.
I have a particular interest and experience in working with women and women's issues. I have training in sexual violence counselling and a passion for helping female survivors overcome the impact of sexual violence.
My approach is person centred with the focus being on building a relationship of trust between myself and my clients. It is important to me that I am able to provide a safe space for my clients to freely explore their thoughts, feelings and work towards their vision of a life truly worth living. I believe in treating everyone with patience, compassion, respect and without judgement.
I draw on evidence based therapies such as DBT and mindfulness techniques and every session is tailored to meet the needs of the individual.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to walk with you in that process with empathy and without judgement.

Juliet has been a lifesaver. She's empathetic, a good listener, offers very good advice and most of all listens without prejudice or judgement. She also has a great sense of humour and as well as being kind, she's direct and practical about life issues. I would highly recommend Juliet for anyone seeking help.
