Really easy to talk to, for a person like me who take long time to open up, it’s really hard to open up but when talking to Karen, it’s really easy to talk to.
Karen has provided me with a safe and supportive environment from day one, always challenging me but also giving the time & space needed for me to share when I’m ready.
Karen is great! She’s extremely supportive and even better listener. I’ve only had two sessions with her so far but I’m already feeling like I can tackle the week ahead after talking to her.
