Karen has helped me in so many ways. She’s kind, caring, and truly understands how to support and guide me. Through therapy with her, I’ve grown so much and gained techniques that help me navigate difficult situations with more confidence. I’m really grateful for the positive impact she’s had on my life.

Karen is a wonderful therapist. She listens intently and gives amazing guidance. Her questioning is second to none. She will ask me a question and I can rabbit on and not realise what messages I'm conveying, but Karen will have picked them up. She smiles and I know I'm about to get incredibly supportive feedback from what I have said - even when I didn't realise I said something that could mean something. She's great and I would recommend her to anyone going through troubles and need a guiding hand.

I’ve tried therapy before, but this time with a new therapist has been the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time.
I’m addressing issues, I’m listened to consistently, I know I’m not alone in this journey of mine. I’ve got a reliable and knowledgeable support system in place with my therapist, and I’m making progress.
