Karen is the best! I’ve been meeting with her for a few months and have been so happy with the results. I can tell a big difference between where I started and where I’m at now with my anxiety. She’s so kind and attentive and has provided great exercises and resources to help me out. I’m so thankful for her and I highly recommend her!

My therapist is very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I can always depend on her to truly listen and if I have any problems between sessions she always responds to my messages in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for a better therapist or online therapy experience.

I am working through effects of early childhood sexual trauma, addiction, anxiety & depression, and current marriage & teen family issues. Karen has been 100% supportive, is knowledgeable from experience & through her expertise, but most of all she cares. She also offers many effective resources to help with different needs and situations.

She is simply the best she has helped me pick up on things that I wouldn’t have picked up on my own and never judges me. She feels more like a friend than a therapist to me and I look forward to talking to her every week.
