Dr. Karla is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor-Supervisor (LMHC-S), and a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), with a strong background in mental health counseling and well-being practices. I’ve really like her she let me vent and understanding when needed and has helped a good bit.
