About me

Choosing a counselor is an important step, and I am committed to providing a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe that every individual has unique strengths, and together we can identify the tools and strategies that help you move toward the life you want.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and groups in a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), crisis intervention, and both in-person and telehealth services. I have supported clients through parenting challenges, marital and relationship concerns, divorce, career transitions, finding purpose and direction in life, stress management, and the unique experiences of first responders. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, dissociation, and other challenges that can impact daily life.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each client's individual needs, goals, and strengths. I believe therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life, and I encourage you to take an active role and work towards meaningful, lasting change.

Above all, I genuinely love what I do. It is a privilege to walk alongside people during some of life's most difficult moments. Whether you are facing a crisis, navigating a major life transition, or simply looking for greater balance and fulfillment, my goal is to provide compassionate support, practical guidance, and a safe environment where healing and growth can take place. You don't have to face life's challenges alone—I look forward to helping you build the confidence, resilience, and skills needed to move forward.
