Reviews

Kay has been simply amazing. I have made so many positive changes and improvements in my life and in how I treat myself. She has been a huge part of my journey and she has offered me excellent advice, a safe place to vent and she has been 100% supportive of the decisions I've made. I don't think I would have made the changes I have in my life without knowing she was there to back me up if I needed it. She gives me perspective and has helped me learn to navigate through my daily problems and issues in a healthier way. I can't recommend her enough!

Kay has been so helpful in guiding me to see the underlying drivers to my problematic behaviors. She's gentle and compassionate, while being very straight forward. I feel like she empathizes with my experience, while holding an expectation that I take responsibility for my side of the street. It's been hugely transformational to work with her.
