Keisha Owens, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Social Work and over 15 years of experience as a mental health therapist. I support adolescents and adults through life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth with compassion and clinical expertise.
Using a range of therapeutic approaches, I honor each client as the expert in their own life and empower them to tap into their strengths and resilience. My work is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care, recognizing the significant role that identity, lived experience, and systemic factors play in healing and wellbeing.
I currently offer individual therapy via telehealth for clients ages 13 and older, providing a safe, accessible, and supportive space for meaningful change and self-discovery.
