About Me
I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in California with over 20 years of experience as a caring witness working with youth, adults, couples, and families to help them increase their ability to balance personal motivations with social and relationship challenges. As a passionate and curious learner, I embrace a "each one teach one" and "it takes a village" counseling style.
I have had the honor and blessing of a few caring witnesses in my life. I pledge my life's work to pass on the attentive sense of care that was instilled in me. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take that step toward change, I am ready to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Keith Chilton. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Keith is extremely professional and helped me through a rough time in my life. His advice was extremely helpful and would recommend him to anyone.
Absolute professional who's military expertise allows him to connect to service members and opens the door to fluid and comfortable communication. Aside from being a great listener, Keith challenges you to reflect and explore the words you use to better understand why you identify in such a way and uproots more foundational conserns that may need to be addressed. Absolute blessing working with Keith 11/10 recommend.
Keith Chilton is a great therapist :) He is a good listener, very intuitive and compassionate.
Working with Keith has a had a significant and positive impact on my mental and emotional health. Keith is an amazing listener and brings a lot of insight, energy, enthusiasm, and support into our sessions. He’s inspired me, and given me some new perspectives on myself, while holding a space for me which has helped me discover some new things about myself and the choices I’ve made, and would like to make. He has helped me be a more hopeful person, and I’m grateful to have crossed paths with him.
