I had two sessions with Keith and both were extremely helpful. He listened carefully and gave me a lot of very useful counseling, as well as resources to read, ideas to put in action. Exactly what I was needing. Unfortunately I can't continue for now, but if / when I restart I would definitely like to reconnect with him.

Keith is very easy to talk to. I love that ie can be transparent at times and shares his own experience that relates to me. He is kind, motivated and always willing to take the time to understand me. He provides me information that gives me the tools to help me understand my feelings and situations.

Keith has been wonderful at listening to my issues and reframing them in a new light in order for me to approach them with a different perspective. This change in thinking often helps me break free from negative feedback loops in my thought, and to approach my issues with a more positive and growth-focused mindset. Using the tools he's provided me, I've been able to greatly improve my thought patterns and habits, which has in turn helped me feel better about myself and become a happier person once again.
