Keith Head, LMSW
About me
With over 8 years of experience in behavioral health, I specialize in working with individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I provide treatment for adolescents, adults, and older adults, helping clients navigate challenges related to addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, gambling concerns, and life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe lasting change happens when clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to build on their strengths. I work alongside clients to identify meaningful goals and develop practical skills that support long-term wellness and recovery.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Drawing from these evidence-based approaches, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, helping them improve emotional regulation, increase psychological flexibility, strengthen coping skills, and create sustainable change.
Whether you are seeking support for mental health concerns, substance use, gambling-related issues, or the complexities of co-occurring conditions, I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where growth and healing can occur.
