Keith has not only been great with checking in and responding in a timely manner but has really been able to connect with me. I always have confidence that Keith is genuinely understanding me and being a caring source of advice. I’ve always been able to find clarity after each session no matter how big the problem may have been in reality or just in my head.

Keith is top-tier!! Wise, warm, insightful, real and thoughtful. He asks the kind of questions that make me stop and really think about things I wouldn’t have considered on my own. The things he says stick with me in a good way:)

Thank you for your attentiveness and professionalism. I have had a good experience with therapists so far and I appreciate all that you do. It's not easy to work with individuals who are struggling with mental health conditions. Please know what you are appreciated even if we don't show it then. I learned to appreciate all of my previous therapists and doctors because even if their approach was not helpful at the time, it is probably what I needed then. Look forward to continuing working with you!
