Finding "the right" therapist, involves searching for the one you feel comfortable with. Communication should flow very easily between you two. Trauma, loss and/ or self dissatisfaction are a constant concern for many. Those pitfalls and disappointments affect everyone just in different ways. Therefore, you should NEVER feel like your therapist doesn't "get it". I'm trained in helping a wide range of individuals to realize their fullest potential, find happiness in life through the development of healthy relationships and to empower them to reach for goals that currently seem impossible.
My aim is to help you define your problems. I use my years of training in sexuality, trauma, marriage and family, anger management, addictive behavior, motivational interviewing, and cognitive processes combined with my own life experiences to lead you to discover and embrace your authentic self.
