About me
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you have been carrying things on your own for a long time. You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, stuck in difficult relationship patterns, or struggling with the effects of painful past experiences. Sometimes people come to therapy not because they are in crisis, but because they are tired of coping alone and want a space where they can finally feel heard and understood.
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly at your own pace. Together, we can explore the difficulties you are facing, make sense of patterns in relationships, thoughts, and emotions, and work towards helping you feel more secure, confident, and connected within yourself and your relationships.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, family conflict, trauma, abuse, depression, attachment issues, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. I understand that opening up can feel difficult, particularly if trust has been broken in the past or if you often feel misunderstood by others. Building a safe therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the work I do.
My approach is integrative, which means therapy is tailored to you as an individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from different therapeutic approaches including person-centred therapy, attachment-based therapy, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to support your individual needs and goals.
Whether you are looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy, I aim to provide a compassionate space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and begin creating positive and lasting change in your life.
