Kelsey is the most professional, understanding, and kind therapists I know- and I know many. She remembers details of my life that I forgot because I was in a panic mode when I was telling her. She is REAL. She always shows up for me. After 2 years, I would never see another. She has yet to let me down.

Love Kelsey! She is very thoughtful, curious, and intuitive. She is wealth of knowledge and breaks down complex concepts into bite sized pieces of information. Gives great resources and homework.

It’s clear Kelsey cares! She often follows up after our appointment with some suggestions for reflection or journaling. She challenges me while still affirming the positives.
