My therapy experience with Kenneth Lingle is the best I have had so far. With his help, I have made incremental changes in my life, and he has helped me process my past experiences. Most importantly, he has helped me navigate daily life armed with actionable models that help me understand how past plays out in the present, which has been tremendously helpful.

Kenneth is a calming presence, he will listen closely and give his response in a thoughtful and informed manner.
He is always compassionate and validating, but will also allow space for self-reflection. The longer I work with him, the more our connection grows.
