Dr.Brown is a down to earth, but still professional and caring therapist. She makes me feel seen and heard, but still calls me in when I’m spiraling or feel lost. She takes the time to let me vent, but we also work through some things thru smaller assignments.
Dr Brown has been a great. She helps me to be more centred and is a good listener. I would recommend her.
Dr Brown has helped a lot. When I started I was in crisis. She has given me a few tools to help avoid self destructive thoughts. I still don't use them often; they're not my nature. But maybe someday.

I have only had 1 session so far with Dr Brown and she has been amazing during the session. So far, she has shown she does not have any preconceived biases and we talked a variety of topics instead of focusing on one topic. It has been very helpful doing therapy, validating my feelings and learning how to cope with the negative feelings.
