I’m so thankful I found Kerri through BetterHelp. She has slowly and carefully opened my eyes to so much about myself that I didn’t understand!

Kerri is very invested in helping me overcome my mental health issues. She checks in with me when I miss an appointment and follows up on what she says she will do. She is very easy to talk with about sensitive topics and I trust her to keep my information confidential.

Kerri has been very easy to open up to and uses our time together wisely.

Very good therapist - listens, never judges, sincere, caring. I have told her things that I’ve never told anyone and felt very comfortable doing that. She has very good advice and often supplies me with material related to my issues. I would highly recommend her.

Kerri has been such a bright ray of sunshine in my rainy world. She has given me hope when I had lost so much of it. She is positive and reminds me to celebrate the small wins! I tend to be my worst critic, and she is my cheerleader guiding me in the right direction. When I say she and this app saved my life, I’m not kidding. In a world where you can feel so alone and insignificant, it feels good to have someone in your corner to tell you that you are going to be ok, and give you the tools to succeed.
