I have been working with Kerry for several months and would highly recommend him. As someone who struggled with negative thinking and low self-esteem, Kerry has helped me see the positives and grateful things in life through positive therapy. Kerry puts me at ease with his warm and welcoming demeanor, which helped in exploring/tell my story. I most appreciated Kerry's ability to listen and understand my unique challenges and to offer empathic and very insightful feedback that helped me gain a deeper understanding of myself and my thought patterns.
Without Kerry's assistance, I believe I couldn't become the better person I am now! Again I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a therapist that specializes in positive therapy.

I was a little skeptic about getting therapy online. After my first session with Kerry I felt at ease and hopeful that I could move past some difficult life events. I’ve been able to learn a lot about myself and how to handle my negative thoughts and emotions. More importantly, I’m learning how to adapt to negative situations in my life and to give myself grace for being who I am.

Thank you so much, Kerry!

Kerry's mind is a masterful place and his heart is for you as a client. I have been involved in coaching and therapy in and off throughout my life Kerry's knowledge and story-based counseling is the best I ever had. It's the first time I feel anyone actually LISTENS to what I am saying, by hearing the things not said in between my words. He is able to draw things out in a way no one else could. Words, spoken or in between, can't express how much I appreciate Kerry, and how much value I have received in just 3 sessions.
