This is an integrative approach which follows these four stages:
THE 4 STAGES OF ADLERIAN THERAPY

An Adlerian therapist assists individuals in comprehending the thoughts, drives, and emotions that influence their lifestyles. People in therapy are also encouraged to acquire a more positive and productive way of life by developing new insights, skills, and behaviors. These goals are achieved through the four stages of Adlerian therapy:

Engagement: A trusting therapeutic relationship is built between the therapist and the person in therapy and they agree to work together to effectively address the problem.
Assessment: The therapist invites the individual to speak about his or her personal history, family history, early recollections, beliefs, feelings, and motives. This helps to reveal the person's overall lifestyle pattern, including factors that might initially be thought of as insignificant or irrelevant by the person in therapy.
Insight: The person in therapy is helped to develop new ways of thinking about his or her situation.
Reorientation: The therapist encourages the individual to engage in satisfying and effective actions that reinforce this new insight, or which facilitate further insight.

If you have the opportunity to work with Kerry, take it. He is fantastic to work with. He challenges me and engages me mentally and emotionally. I can tell he's paying close attention to what I am saying and what is happening below the surface.

He also continues to provide helpful resources and answers my questions and concerns between sessions.

I'm very thankful to have met Kerry.

Kerry has been a great therapist to work with. I believe he truly cares about what going on in client's lives and does his best through his training and intuition to craft a plan that helps move the person forward to where they want to be. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for expertise, empathy and compassion.

Kerry's mind is a masterful place and his heart is for you as a client. I have been involved in coaching and therapy in and off throughout my life Kerry's knowledge and story-based counseling is the best I ever had. It's the first time I feel anyone actually LISTENS to what I am saying, by hearing the things not said in between my words. He is able to draw things out in a way no one else could. Words, spoken or in between, can't express how much I appreciate Kerry, and how much value I have received in just 3 sessions.
