Kim is very empathetic and patient. She listens without judgement. I felt cared for and supported working with her over this past year. She helped me to focus on what I can control and offered practical advice to improving my relationship. I would choose Kim again as my therapist.

Today was my 1st experience with counseling. I was nervous at 1st because I didn't know where to begin, but Kim was very easy to talk to and seemed to ask the right questions at the right time through my rambling. Opening up requires trust. I felt that from the start, and the session with Kim gave me relief. I was seen, and I was heard.

Kim gives great ideas on how to help me in my situations and is a great listener. She sends worksheets to me that are viable to what we had discussed to further help me in my journey.

Kim is very helpful. I love the fact that she makes sure that I take care of myself, and if I didn’t do something that will make me feels better about myself, for example, going to the gym, she will make sure to remind me, encourage me again by sharing with me what I need for myself. Really grateful for her help.

I’ve really been enjoying my time with Kim. I have been able to have access to numerous worksheets (at my request) as well as journal prompts so I have plenty of ways to reflect on what I might wish to focus on in my next session. It’s also been very nice to have a relaxed and very non judgmental atmosphere to do the work in.

Kim is great at creating a safe space. She is an exceptional listener and is always flexible to make sure we can make our sessions with my busy schedule. I always look forward to our sessions, and she always provides great ideas and resources for me to think of things from different angles. Most importantly, Kim is trauma informed, which is great for me. I highly recommend Kim!!!
