About Me

Hello! My name is Kimberly Hauser. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Master of Social Work and Master of Psychology degrees from the University of Cincinnati. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervisory endorsement. I have over 14 years experience working as a therapist.

My focus has been on working with teens, young adults, individuals and families to address a wide variety of concerns related to anxiety, depression, self esteem, parenting, life choices, changes and times of transitions and family issues.

I work with my clients to identify and respect where they are and where they would like to go. My style is based on cognitive behavioral therapy and focuses on a strength based, solution oriented approach. My goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and listened to and see value in our time together.

My counselor is very supportive. I think we are a good patient/counselor match. I just need to stick with it. I can go MIA sometimes and she reaches out to tell me she’s there and ready to help. That means a lot.

Kimberly is very professional, in addition to being caring and attentive. She takes the time to try and understand your issues and then offers thoughts and solutions.

Kimberly is supporting and caring. She listens and gives tips on how to make, respond and control the situations you are going through. She responds quickly. You will feel very comfortable to talk to her. Highly recommend!
