There was this moment where I was feeling completely out of control with my feelings and mind. I wrote down what was bothering me to Kimberly and her support and advice was so calming to hear from her. I know some of you may be thinking if this platform of therapy maybe a little weary at first however my experience with Kimberly has really been beneficial. She is supportive and listens, she’s genuinely cares about you and checks in on you too which I found really helpful.

My counselor is very supportive. I think we are a good patient/counselor match. I just need to stick with it. I can go MIA sometimes and she reaches out to tell me she’s there and ready to help. That means a lot.
