Dr. Kowalik is professional and straight to the point. She tells you how it is whether you want to hear it or not. She had been great for offering advice on my current situation and past situation. All around a great therapist

I have been in therapy and taking anti-anxiety/anti-depressant medication for many years. Earlier this year, I reached out to better help for some additional support due to COVID-19 challenges at work and home. She was responsive, understanding, supportive, and gave great practical advice and concrete strategies. I emerged from our sessions feeling like I could figure out how to deal better with my issues. Thank you, Kim.

Kim is a great listener, and I felt I'm getting her full attention and empathy throughout the session. It's extremely powerful to have that feeling, and opens up vulnerability. I appreciate the time Kim spent with me.
