Kimberly Steinmann , LPC
About me
I consider myself a very well-rounded therapist. I am 52 years young, so have 27 years of clinical experience and over a half century of lifetime of experience. I have two adult children, one of which who has been diagnosed with a severe mental illness. I believe this gives me a parental/personal perspective, along with a therapeutic perspective. I have worked in a variety of settings and with a multitude of mental illnesses, trauma (of all types), men's and women's issues, LGBTQ+, couples, families and more. I view every client as special, equal and just as deserving of my time as the others. My life's goal has been to help people live their absolute best lives. I truly love what I do. You will see that when you meet me. If you are seeking a therapist who absolutely loves being a therapist, you have found her.

Kimberly is very warm and supportive. I can feel her genuine care, and that’s the most therapeutic aspect of our sessions together. Being seen, feeling heard, and accepted just as I am, that’s a gift that not everyone can give. I am very grateful for having Kim as a therapist. There are few who are as passionate and compassionate as her in her work.
