I am an integrative therapist based in the UK, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, identity exploration and life transitions.
My style is warm, collaborative and respectful. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness and humanistic approaches, tailoring therapy to your needs, pace and goals. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, not judged or rushed.
I also offer affirming support for LGBTQIA+ clients and people within Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD). My aim is to provide a space where you can explore your experiences openly, with respect for your identity, culture, relationships and personal story.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or unsure where to begin. Together, we can explore what has been difficult, make sense of patterns in your life, and support you in building confidence, self-trust and emotional resilience.
Seeking support takes courage, and you do not have to do it alone. I would be honoured to walk alongside you.

Active listener, thoughtful and accommodating. Warmth combined with thought provoking comments show Kingsley's subtle and strong style. I feel more guided than talked down to. Less diagnosis and more understanding.

been having sessions with Kingsley for 1 year now. Understanding more and more how good of a therapist he is.
Great listener, challenging & open to be challenged, give great tools. Makes me find the solutions myself without giving me the feeling I have to figure it out myself.
All in all, just amazing. 5 stars.

Kingsley is an emotionally intelligent, knowledgeable and professional therapist. He listens to all my thoughts and warm-halfheartedly responds to them. I like how he summarizes them, mirrors them back to me and reflects on them with his overviewing perspective connecting all my topics and feelings.

Working with Kingsley has been fantastic. From the first session, I had the feeling of the space being held for me and of it being a safe space. I haven't had that to such a profound degree with any previous therapists I've had in that past.
Kingsley has given such great insights and different perspectives on things that have made a big difference. There's still a long way to go but even after just a few months there's plenty of actionable things I've learnt and been able to apply.
It has been especially helpful to have a therapist with knowledge and experience around LGBTQ+ identities and experiences, including some of the less common and less well known identities.
I would recommend Kingsley to anyone considering therapy .

Kingsley has been an integral part of my healing journey. I originally was getting therapy to just learn myself but we were able to adapt and switch focus after I went through a life altering event. He’s methodically led me to answers and different viewpoints at every stage of my journey. I am extremely grateful.

I’ve only recently plucked up the courage to start therapy but Kingsley has made the transition very easy. He’s kind and respectful of what I have to say and I couldn’t be more grateful for his help

Kingsley is kind and easy to talk to, and a great listener who is quite empathetic. Beyond that, I have been absolutely floored with his written responses to my journals and workbook activities. He deftly synthesized and summarized what I was trying to express and reflected it back to me showing me he really SEES me, like ALL of me. He's helped me remember that I have a lot more light and strengths than challenges and given me hope that we can leverage that positivity to address my challenges effectively. And this is only after two sessions! I've been to many, many (mostly disappointing) therapists over decades of trying to resolve trauma, and this is the best early impression any of them have made on me, making me feel safe and supported almost instantly. Highly recommended.

Kingsley is a warm, intelligent, fair and wel educated therapist that knows how to create a safe space as his listening ear is a big contributor to that.
One of his greatest assets is his ability to make good judgement in order to assess without making you feel judged.
Kingsley carries a high vibration that is not to be taken for granted.

Kingsley was great at helping me embrace new perspectives around some factors of my life. Thanks to the advice and tasks we've done in our sessions, my life outside of therapy has felt more comforting.

Kingsley is an exceptional listener, advisor and overall therapist. I had a specific negative thought loop that was causing a tremendous amount of internal turmoil in my life, but through his non-judgemental and reassuring attitude, it felt easy to open up and be vulnerable with him to work through and resolve the issue. Thank you so much again!

Kingsley is extremely good at creating a non-judgemental space where I feel safe enough to discuss uncomfortable subjects. No matter how hard our sessions can be due to subjects discussed or how emotional I become, by the end of the session he always leaves me in a capable head space. This is something I have not experienced with a therapist before. My many historical experiences with therapists have usually left me emotionally vulnerable, but Kingsley's gentle time management to prevent this is wonderful & greatly appreciated.

I have had two meetings with Kingsley so far and cannot wait for the third meeting. I've tried going to therapy several times and Kingsley is one of the only two I could open up to. He is empathetic and actively listens, and when he speaks he brings my attention to phrases, habits, and mindsets that I usually think of as innocuous but could turn out to be holding me back. Highly recommend.
