About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges and develop the skills needed to thrive. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.

My therapeutic approach is individualized to meet each client's unique needs and incorporates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions. I work collaboratively with clients and families to build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and foster resilience.

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma and PTSD. Whether a client is struggling with emotional regulation, social challenges, life transitions, academic stress, or the effects of trauma, I am committed to helping them build confidence, develop practical tools, and reach their personal goals.

I believe that every individual has strengths that can serve as a foundation for healing and growth. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
