After years of searching for a therapist, I finally found the right fit with Kristi! She listens to my anxious thoughts and provides me different ways to explore why they are occurring. I have never felt judged by her unlike other therapists I’ve met with in the past. She also keeps me engaged!

I think she is very helpful about the way she lets me say things that are on my mind. It's not limited to just when I am in a session. I can message her whenever I feel the need to and I can rest assured I'll get a timely response back
