Ms. Edwards is my second BetterHelp Counselor. She is attentive, intuitive, patient, and kind. Respectfully posing thoughtful, relevant questions for contemplation and self-reflection, not only is she helping me learn to work with the tools in my emotional toolbelt but introducing me to new ones, as well. Truthfully, I was ready to quit BH after my first Counselor. I'm really glad I stuck around to find a better fit with Kris.
She delivers great advice but with a calming and trustworthy way.
Kris is so awesome! I’m very comfortable talking to her about anything and everything and don’t feel judged in any way with her. She listens so well and gives great advice and ideas. I truly appreciate her!
I love working with Kris! I feel like she understands me and does her best to respond in a timely manner, even though I'm sure she's really busy with others as well. I loved the intro about herself; it was what drew me to her in the first place when I switched therapists. I definitely feel that we work as a team. Her positive, encouraging demeanor is refreshing, appreciated, and helpful. She makes me feel important and offers me various tools and suggestions to help me on my way to being (in my opinion) a better version of myself. I would highly recommend Kris. I know I still have a ways to go, but I couldn't ask for a better teammate on my journey!
Kris is very compassionate and supportive. I love working with her.
Kris has been phenomenal! She is a great listener, and when I ask questions on how to handle situations she has many different options. I have had two sessions with her, and I can honestly say I am quite happy I was paired up with her. The sessions are very casual, and she is very supportive in big decisions, allowing me to discuss through my thought process. I really appreciate her help so far, and highly recommend!
Kristine is very knowledgeable in many topics. She’s always flexible and goes the extra mile to help in stressful situations and always gives that peace at mind feeling after conversation. She’s there any time of day, and when in urgent need. Highly recommended to anyone.
She is amazing! She listens and gives me advice. She is really down to earth and nice.
She is wonderful! Very easy to open up to.
She’s been great
Kristine was wonderful. She thoughtfully asked provoking questions that engaged you. She was very responsive.
Kristine gave me incredible advice on how to envision and plan for my goals. I'm grateful for advice and her patience and calmness while I tried to sort through what was holding me back and what next steps I needed to take. Highly recommend!
Helpful, friendly and I never felt judged when talking to her.
Very knowledgeable, real, and a great listener.
Kristine immediately disarmed me and made me feel comfortable with, and confident of, the help I was receiving. I respect her knowledge and ability to determine the appropriate questions that guide me to solutions and strategies for better decisions and behaviors.
