I had never done any kind of therapy before so I did not know what to expect, I just knew I needed help. Kristine made all our conversations very easy and she was very natural to speak to. She helped me identify some of my underlying issues that had caused anxiety and depression and helped me work out tactics and skills how to build up my mental health again and how to prevent the same issues in the future. Almost after every session there was a follow up task or worksheet she gave me that helped me stay on track throughout the week so I felt that I actively dealt with my issues even outside the sessions. I highly recommend Kristine for her professionalism and knowledge, and perhaps especially for people who are new to therapy like I was.

Kristine is an absolute pleasure to have as a therapist. Not only is she helping me through some very serious trauma, I'm guaranteed to have a great laugh with her every session. I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for someone with great experience, who is easy going, and can also get straight to the point with facts to back it up.

Kristine shows absolutely no judgement and I immediately felt a great sense of relief webchatting/ calling with her. She takes the time to educate you on how the brain works as well as listening which is really healing. If the time difference wasn’t so dramatic I would have loved to continue working with her.
