Hello and welcome! I am so glad you are here. You have taken the first step, and that is not always easy. I have found that one of the most important aspects in the success of counseling is having a good match between the client and counselor. So, I invite you to read a little bit about me and contact me with any questions you may have.
I am a PhD level, licensed therapist with over 16 years of experience in the field. I have worked in a variety of capacities and have been independently licensed since 2011. I specialize in treating challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, relationship dynamics (including parenting and family issues), trauma, grief, self-esteem and identity, career difficulties, and existential concerns. I approach therapy from the perspective that you, the client, are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide support, objectivity, and to help you to develop the insight and the tools to use to get you where you want to be. My practice includes the use of mindfulness-based stress reduction, logo therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am a competent, open-minded, and genuine practitioner and will treat you with respect and non-judgment. My goal is to help you become your most authentic, happy, and fulfilled self. It would be my privilege to do this work alongside you. I look forward to connecting with you!

Dr. Becraft is an incredible therapist and the first that I’ve actually felt who listens and is genuine in her responses. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a therapist, especially to those who have had poor experiences with therapy in the past.

Dr. Becraft is a fantastic therapist. I had worked with a couple of therapists prior to being matched to Dr. Becraft and I must say, I’m very thankful to be able to work with her. From day one, she has not only offered various ways of communicating with one another but she isn’t pushy which I prefer and enjoy. It always me to reach out as I need which is important in a relationship like this. She is also very open and understanding, her responses are genuine and hit every point that you bring up. I am very appreciative of her. Thank you for all you do, Dr. Becraft!

Dr. Becraft is really great. She's so supportive and sweet, asks questions that move a conversation forward and get you thinking about what's important, but in a really gentle way. Highly recommend.
