Hello and welcome! I am so glad you are here. You have taken the first step, and that is not always easy. I have found that one of the most important aspects in the success of counseling is having a good match between the client and counselor. So, I invite you to read a little bit about me and contact me with any questions you may have.
I am a PhD level, licensed therapist with over 16 years of experience in the field. I have worked in a variety of capacities and have been independently licensed since 2011. I specialize in treating challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, relationship dynamics (including parenting and family issues), trauma, grief, self-esteem and identity, career difficulties, and existential concerns. I approach therapy from the perspective that you, the client, are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide support, objectivity, and to help you to develop the insight and the tools to use to get you where you want to be. My practice includes the use of mindfulness-based stress reduction, logo therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am a competent, open-minded, and genuine practitioner and will treat you with respect and non-judgment. My goal is to help you become your most authentic, happy, and fulfilled self. It would be my privilege to do this work alongside you. I look forward to connecting with you!

I am so thankful for her help.
Dr. Becraft always listens first and always let's you lead the way. I love her kind, professional style, and she has helped improved my life in a pretty short time
Dr. Becraft is wonderful. She really spends time finding out what is important to me and every response feels personal. I love how she is focused on mindfulness and joy to help me with anxiety.
I really appreciate Dr. Becraft and her approach. She has been very kind and allows me to just say what is on my mind and then poses questions for me to think about what I said. I think it is effective because she doesn't tell me what is right or wrong or how I should feel but she asks me how things make me feel and I think those are the questions we don't want to ask ourselves so I like that she asks them for me. She is also very positive when it comes to how I see me and helps me not be so hard on myself.
She makes you feel understood
Dr. Becraft has helped me tremendously with problems I’ve been having for years and has brought me extreme clarity. She is a master in her field
Dr. Becraft has been really helpful with me. Look forward to keep working with her.
She did a very good job of listening to me and trying to figure out where and how to help me
