Kyran is wonderful, he might possibly be a wizard, in sessions his words are meaningful, insightful and he utterly encapsulates how youre feeling and what youve been through in powerful words that stay with you thoughout the week! on top of that he will reflect on sessions and really takes time to tune in and understand you, before checking in and offering a perspective carefully crafted from his depth of knowledge so youre left feeling clearer and brighter after every interaction. everyone deserves a kyran :)

Kyran creates a calm, respectful, and supportive environment from the very first session. His ability to understand without judgment and ask the right questions made a difference for me. I had a head injury and couldn't be to much time in the compute or telephone, but I felt understood and guided at my own pace. I’m truly grateful for his support and would recommend him to anyone seeking caring therapy.

I have had therapy with Kyran for around 2 months now. I was dealing with a break up and I felt very lost and sad. I did not have the emotional tools to deal with what happening to me. Kyran helped me greatly every step of the way. I am in a much better place now: My self esteem, my confidence and the way I see myself have improved greatly. I am getting to know myself better and building a good relationship with myself. Kyran has been with me through it all, he has been patient, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, warm and funny, which I believe is very important too.
