About me
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 20 years experience working with teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, and eating disorders. My style is direct but always grounded in kindness, respect, and compassion. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, I'm here to walk alongside you with care and purpose.
My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where one can explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviors while building practical skills to navigate life's challenges. Together we will work on strategies to empower you to create meaningful change to improve your over all well being.

Dr. Fallon is an amazing person to work with. She listens, cares, and truly makes you feel like she is a part of your team. She does not beat around the bush, and instead tells you up front what she thinks you have issues with and the steps to take to better yourself.
I have not for a moment believed that she has ever talked down to me, or even make my problems seem not so important. She is amazing through and through, and I would recommend her to anyone who struggles with connecting with others.
