I like LaShica's approach to counseling. She has a way of making you feel comfortable talking to her. She gains your trust quickly, and she does seem to genuinely care about her patients. I can't imagine there is anyone better suited for me. I appreciate her and her laid-back let's just talk approach.

I met with LaShica while i was in NC over the holiday and I couldn't meet with my normal therapist. She was an absolute God send. She was patient and really listened to me. I felt like I had a bigger breakthrough in two weeks than I'd had in months. She's really good.

Truly enjoy working LaShica....she is very easy to talk with. After the first few moments I felt a connection with her. She is encouraging and has many ideas that work and are appreciated. I feel she truly listens and cares. She has a way of getting to the root of the problem and helps you get to a solution. I have gotten a lot of help in just a couple of sessions. I've just had my first session with LaShica and, while I didn't expect it so soon, I got so much perspective and practicality out of our one session. I appreciated that she affirmed boundaries while giving me some "grounding in reality," and that she helped me to see different options within those boundaries.

Having had a few sets of face-to-face counseling, I started the session with anxiety about "online counseling." But when it was over I felt peaceful and prepared to take my next step. LaShica's such a good counsellor - direct, but not pushy; down to earth; and insightful. I am so grateful!

I have been speaking to LaShica for just a couple of weeks but so far so great! I have always been apprehensive about counseling/ therapy and have put it off for many years. Upon our very first conversation, LaShica made me feel very relaxed. The session wasn’t clinical as I had expected, I could relate with her.. she really listened and I was able to be myself. We have a call every week and she checks in on numerous occasions over the week. Again, this has really helped to build rapport and though it’s only been a few weeks - I already feel lighter and things are looking up for me. I would highly recommend!
