About me
I am a licensed professional counselor for the State of MS. I am passionate about working with teens, adults, and families that have a difficult time establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries, life transitions/ adjustments, and stress management. My first priority is focused on building a trusting and comfortable relationship that supports healing and connection. I believe in helping individuals to discover and explore their authentic selves no matter what that looks like. I believe each person has their own unique path when it comes to therapy and no specific blueprint for healing. Therefore, I am committed to guiding and providing each individual with skills and support along the way. I provide a holistic approach, treating the whole person and throughout the process helping individuals reestablish balance that creates and sustain wellness and vitality.
My passion consists of discovering the beauty in all encounters. Within my practice, I provide a safe, affirming, non-judgmental space for healing and support. It takes courage to make changes that create a happier and healthier life. If you are ready to get encouraged and be empowered to make those changes I am to help with the transition.
