Ms. Bollin was very engaged and listened carefully to my issues, asking pertinent questions respectfully and in a timely manner, i.e. not interrupting but very naturally. She was able to give me feedback on ways to approach the situation that I had not considered, an invaluable new perspective on the issues that I face.
