Lauren Bunting, LPC
About me
I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist with more than 3 years of clinical counseling experience and over 10 years of experience as a school counselor working with adolescents and teens. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals navigating depression, anxiety, life stressors, relationship challenges, and personal transitions.
I work with teens, adolescents, adults, and couples, helping clients develop stronger communication skills, address attachment-related challenges, and build lasting emotional resilience. My therapeutic approach is grounded in meeting clients where they are, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we explore clients’ inner experiences, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and develop healthier coping strategies that support emotional wellness and personal growth. I collaborate with clients to establish goals that are both meaningful and practical, addressing the emotional and interpersonal concerns that bring them to counseling while fostering greater self-awareness, connection, and overall well-being.
